How is coaching different from therapy:
Therapy is about dealing with person’s past, trauma and/or dysfunction. An individual seeks therapy for diagnosis, answers and professional guidance to heal.
Coaching works with individuals in the present to achieve their desirable future. As your coach we co-create your future and build a plan of action to reach your desired goals. A coach stands with the client and works with them to turn challenges into victories.
How long is a session?
Average sessions range from 45-60 minutes.
How often are the sessions?
Initially, I like client’s commit to at least 3 months of sessions. Based on the individual there are various packages available which range from hourly, bi-weekly to weekly sessions.
How are sessions conducted?
The sessions are at an agreed upon time via mobile device, dial in conference number or Skype. I am flexible with the method of communication.
